Arrival Information for Event Organizers
Please read these instructions carefully before organizing your event.
Arrival and Preparations
- Arrive on time to ensure you have enough time to set up your space and receive assistance with any borrowed equipment.
- Check your promo spot number in the agreement. Locations can be found here. Please note that organizing an event is only permitted in the designated area. Be aware that Valkea does not provide storage or staff facilities.
- No property may be left unattended on Kesäkatu.
- Larger deliveries must be made through Shopping Center Valkea’s service tunnel. The delivery address is Uusikatu 21 A. Please coordinate this well in advance with the shopping center.
If You Have Pre-Booked: Electricity, Furniture, and Sound System
- Electrical outlets, borrowed furniture, and sound systems at Kesäkatu promo spots are locked. If you have indicated a need for any of these, please contact:
- Weekdays 8:00–15:00: Property Maintenance ISS, tel. 050 4710 828 (unless otherwise agreed).
- Other times: Security, tel. 010 76 82525. Please note that the security phone number must not be shared with third parties.
- Important: Security and property maintenance may have overlapping duties (e.g., opening or closing the shopping center), so please be prepared for possible delays. This is why arriving and checking in on time is essential.
General Guidelines
- Take care of all property, both borrowed and your own. Kesäkatu is a public street with heavy foot traffic.
- In case of problems or disturbances, Valkea’s security can be reached via the phone at the Kesäkatu security point or by calling 050 479 8428.
Departure
- When leaving, contact property maintenance (weekdays 8:00–15:00) or security (other times) to return borrowed furniture and ensure the electrical cabinet is locked. No Valkea property may be left on the street area without supervision.
- Ensure the promo spot is left clean and tidy.
- Remember to take all your belongings with you.
